Applications Open for 60-Day Vocational, Craft and Commercial Skills Training Programme
The Southern Kaduna Aid Foundation (SKAID), with funding from Polish Aid, is inviting eligible young people from Southern Kaduna to apply for a 60-day vocational, craft and commercial skills training programme designed to equip participants with practical skills for employment, entrepreneurship and sustainable livelihoods.
The programme will provide hands-on training in three skill areas:
- Electrical Installation & Repairs
- Solar Installation & Repairs
- Beauty Care & Makeup
A total of 20 participants will be selected for the training.
Who Can Apply?
The programme is open to applicants who:
- Are between 18 and 35 years old
- Are indigenes of a Southern Kaduna Local Government Area
- Meet the required educational or literacy criteria
- Are available and committed to completing the full 60-day training
- Can attend the training at the designated venue in Zangon Kataf LGA
Applicants will be required to provide their educational certificate/result and proof of Southern Kaduna indigene status as part of the application process.

The training is designed to go beyond skill acquisition by giving young people practical capabilities that can serve as a foundation for income generation and economic participation.
